The Arabian Academy is a national capability development institution aligned to Saudi Vision 2030, focused on building workforce readiness and performance across the Kingdom's priority sectors.

Who we are

The Arabian Academy delivers structured, end-to-end capability development programs that combine training, real-world application, and performance measurement - moving beyond courses to verified workforce outcomes.

Operating through a multi-school model, the Academy offer spans aerospace and defense, leadership and management, retail and customer experience, and artificial intelligence. Each school applies a consistent capability framework to sector-specific needs, aligned to recognized international standards and delivered in operationally relevant environments.

The Academy is TVTC-licensed, HRDF-aligned and operates to recognized international standards. Backed by Al-Jasser Holding Group and built on more than 25 years of operational experience, the Academy has supported the development of more than 45,000 Saudi nationals. It is an institutional evolution of proven capability and a stand alone national platform designed to serve Saudi Arabia's priority sectors at scale.
