EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP
Capability programs for senior leaders responsible for strategy, performance and organizational transformation. Designed to produce measurable leadership outcomes, not generic executive development.

OUR SCHOOLS
Structured, methodology-grounded leadership and management capability development for the organizations driving Saudi Arabia's transformation.

Saudi Arabia's transformation agenda requires leaders and managers who can deliver against defined performance standards, not conference room learning that disappears when the session ends. The demand is for structured capability development that produces measurable performance uplift at organizational scale.
The School of Leadership and Management builds that capability. Programs span Executive Leadership, Management Fundamentals and Strategic Planning.
Each is designed according to the ADDIE methodology, the internationally recognized standard for learning and performance design, and evaluated using the Kirkpatrick Model at Levels 1 through 4. Most programs are delivered in-Kingdom by specialist practitioners.
"Every program begins with a structured analysis of need, is designed to produce defined outcomes, and is evaluated against those outcomes on completion."
The school delivers structured capability programs across three domains.
Capability programs for senior leaders responsible for strategy, performance and organizational transformation. Designed to produce measurable leadership outcomes, not generic executive development.
Core management capability development for team leaders and department heads. Programs build the operational management skills that drive day-to-day performance across functions and regions.
Structured capability in strategic planning, execution and performance governance for leaders translating organizational strategy into measurable results.

DELIVERY MODEL
How capability is built and where it is delivered matters as much as what is taught.
Every Arabian Academy program follows the same structured TAP model: Training in standards-aligned environments; Application in real workplaces; Performance measured against defined standards. This is how we build capability that lasts.

Structured knowledge and skills transfer in standards-aligned programs, designed around defined capability outcomes.

Learning embedded in real or operationally relevant workplace environments, so capability is built where it will be used.

Performance verified against defined standards using recognized frameworks including the Kirkpatrick Model, so capability is proven, not assumed.

Programs are designed in alignment with recognized international standards. Every claim is specific to the program where it applies.
