Arabian Academy is the trading name of Alarabiyya Alduwali Company Higher Training, a company incorporated in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under Commercial Registration No. 7038703877, headquartered in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and a subsidiary of Abdulaziz Al Jasser Holding Group.
ArabianAcademy.sa is the official professional training and development platform of Arabian Academy.

Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Legal Policies or the use of the website shall be resolved according to the following sequence:
(a) Amicable Resolution.The parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through Arabian Academy's internal complaints and resolution procedures.
(b) Mediation. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days from the date of the final written response issued by Arabian Academy, the dispute shall be referred to mediation through the Taradhi Platform (Taradhi Platform of the Ministry of Justice of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia).
(c) Judicial Proceedings. If the dispute cannot be resolved through mediation, or mediation cannot be initiated for any reason, either party may refer the dispute to the competent courts in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interim or precautionary relief before the competent Saudi courts.
